Caesar II Project

The project was born from the evidence that the seismic events that have hit various Italian regions in recent years have highlighted the complexity of the challenge for PAs both in the management of the emergency and post-event reconstruction, and in the planning of effective prevention and mitigation measures of the risk to be implemented in “peacetime”. These difficulties concern in particular the ability to adequately manage the financial and technical resources available and to identify intervention priorities throughout the entire emergency cycle.
